NIRAS is a leading company dedicated to sustainable and safe waste management. They constantly strive for innovation and growth, and for this reason we are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our team.

​

Role description:
As a Change Manager at NIRAS, you will play a crucial role in guiding and implementing change initiatives within our 'Digital Transformation' programme. You will be responsible for developing, planning and implementing strategies to ensure a smooth and successful transition during changes in processes, systems, structures or cultures. You work closely with various stakeholders within the organisation to overcome resistance, foster acceptance and realise the desired changes. Among other things, you will prepare impact analyses and coach our employees to create support for change.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop change strategies and plans to support the organisation's objectives.

  • Identify risks, challenges and resistance to change, and develop appropriate solutions.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to implement change initiatives.

  • Communicate the need, purpose and benefits of change to all stakeholders within the organisation.

  • Monitoring the progress of change initiatives and adjusting strategies as necessary.

  • Evaluate the success of change initiatives and identify lessons for future projects.

  • Report to management on the progress and results of change initiatives.

Prerequisites:

  • In-depth understanding of change management principles, processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in both Dutch and French.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate others.

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Empathy and experience of dealing effectively with resistance to change.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a highly changing and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in Change management, Change Management methods and processes.

  • Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in Data Classification.

  • Demonstrable experience in DMS systems.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with O365 including Teams.

​
