Change Manager (Freelance)

Rate: In consultation, depending on experience
Language: Dutch is a must
Onsite: At least 2 days per week (depending on needs)

Job description:
​
Change mapping: Identify the expected changes and determine the approach, including conditions, carrying capacity, driving cultural change, alignment of all stakeholders and coordination.
Develop communication methodology: Develop an effective communication strategy and convey the right message, including the benefits of change for individuals, groups and customers.
Create and manage dynamics: Create momentum, recognise and remove
resistances.

Coordination skills: Able to coordinate various tasks and stakeholders.
Active listening: Listen attentively to stakeholders' needs and concerns.
Coaching skills: Guide and coach teams and individuals through change processes.
Diplomacy and conflict management: Manage conflicts diplomatically and ensure constructive resolution.
Cultural awareness: Recognise and catch cultural habits and resistances.
Presentation skills: Effectively present information and ideas to diverse groups.

Workshop experience:
Lead discussions and draft documents using workshops with business stakeholders.
Guiding diverse stakeholders: Dealing with a wide diversity of business stakeholders and guiding them in aligning with each other.
Experience in communication & change management: Demonstrated experience in communication and managing change processes.
