The Service Factory department is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team and provide a crucial bridge between ICT and the business for our ongoing projects.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Analysis and Documentation: Translate business needs into functional and business analyses (user stories) and document them where necessary.
Coordination and Implementation: Supervise the implementation of software solutions (developed in JAVA).
Communication: Examine and discuss functional analyses with the customer, product owner and Scrum Master, and report progress.
Support: Assist project managers in creating valuable products and processes.
Test management: Write, supervise and check test cases; run tests in an integrated environment following the Agile methodology.
Problem Solving: Report potential problems and suggest optimal solutions.
Impact Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of changes to software modules and report potential problems.
Knowledge sharing: Share lessons learned and organise learning and awareness sessions.
Quality analyses: Conduct timely quality analyses using stories, acceptance criteria, UML, etc.

Secondary Tasks and Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance and Impact Analysis: Conduct tests on the final solution and implement improvement actions.
Documentation and Reporting: Provide accurate documentation and reporting.
Advice and Expertise: Offer advice and share your expertise.
Assist with Testing: Support in the preparation of tests.
Technical Profile Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Expert knowledge of business analysis (UML).
Very good knowledge of IT architecture (web services, web applications, microservices architecture).
Good knowledge of software testing (AIOTest, JMeter, JIRA).
Knowledge of project management.
Knowledge of Magnolia CMS is a plus.
Good knowledge of the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence).
Experience with Agile methodology.
Context knowledge: Login (https://oauth.net/2/pkce/), Easy Forms (https://www.magnolia-cms.com/), e-signature.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to identify and implement process and application improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Capacity to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
Motivation as a fast learner and self-starter.
Excellent customer-facing skills and team spirit.

Methodology/Certification requirements:
Master's degree in computer science OR equivalent through experience.
​
Language skills:
French or Dutch is a requirement.
English is a plus.
